Antonio Brown Paid Bond and was Released from Jail

UPDATE - 1/24 2pm:

WPXI shared video of Antonio Brown in-front of a Broward County judge from earlier this morning. The judge ruled that Brown could bond out of jail, for $100k, but there were a few added stipulations:

  • He must also undergo a mental health evaluation within 10 days
  • He must wear a GPS Monitor
  • Must surrender passport
  • He will not be allowed on social media
  • He cannot posses any weapons
Brown watched the proceedings from another room via teleconference while wearing an anti-suicide smock, a typical precautionary safety method used for high-profile suspects in custody. He largely remained quiet, except when addressed by the judge. - ESPN

He has since been released from jail after paying a total bond of $110k. He was picked up by his lawyer.

Antonio Brown has turned himself in to police in response to an arrest warrant filed against him on three charges.

According to CBS4 in Miami, he arrived at the Broward County Jail around 10pm on Thursday night with his lawyers and an entourage. CBS4's Carey Codd also confirmed that Brown will be spending the night in jail and should be in court at some point on Friday morning.

The charges, according to ESPN: felony burglary with battery, burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and criminal mischief stemming. Those stem from an incident between AB and a moving truck driver earlier this week. If you missed that story, you can read it HERE.
