Fountain Hill police are looking for a missing and endangered juvenile. Police say 12-year-old Nakya Martin is 5 feet tall, weighs 110 pounds, and was last seen wearing a white shirt, blueish pink and purple multi color pants, a backpack, and grey shoes with a green camouflage colored hoodie. At least one person is dead after an accident in Upper Mt. Bethel Township Sunday. It happened just before 5 p.m. on River Road. Pennsylvania State Police confirm one person died and another was injured. Investigators say the crash involved a dune buggy.
The new Walnut Street garage in Bethlehem is on track to open in late November following months of construction. The old garage closed down about two years ago and when it did, the city lost hundreds of parking spaces. the new garage will have 517 parking spaces, the old one had 770. The new garage will also feature 3-thousand square feet of retail space.
There are now two people under arrest for the shooting of a teenager at an East Stroudsburg Halloween party. A 16-year-old girl was hit by gunfire Friday night and expected to survive. Police say 20-year-old Unique Johnson was arrested Sunday night. 18-year-old Benjamin Booth was arrested earlier. Investigators say there was some sort of altercation in the street and during that altercation, Johnson pulled a gun and started shooting.
A suspect is under arrest in the shooting at Pennsylvania's Lincoln University, a shooting that left one dead and six injured. police suspect there were other shooters. Chester County District Attorney Chris de Barrena-Sarobe has this warning to those still on the run. "We're going to make sure this campus is absolutely safe and that the people who came onto this campus and who decided to ruin homecoming weekend with gunfire are held accountable," de Barrena-Sarobe. The victim has been identified as Jujuan Jeffers. The suspect has been identified as Zecqueous Morgan-Thompson. The shooting happened during the school's homecoming weekend.
Whitehall High graduate Saquon Barkley scored two touchdowns and Nazareth high graduate Jahan Dotson scored one and the Philadelphia Eagles hammered the New York Giants 38-20 Sunday afternoon. The Eagles offense cam alive despite leading wide receiver A.J. Brown missing the game with an injury. Dotson says the team did a great job overcoming Brown's loss. "It's tough when you're missing, not only the best receiver on your team, but one of the best receivers in the league. We have this motto in our room 'there is no dropoff.' No matter who goes out there has to meet the standard and that what we did today to get a W," Dotson says. The Eagles are 6-2 entering their bye week next week.
