Here's what's trending for July 22.

Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin Hollihan says the man who shot and killed another man in Allentown during an apparent road rage incident will face no charges. "He fired one round, and one round only, and he did what he's supposed to do. He called 9-1-1, he stayed at the scene and provided sufficient information," the district attorney says. Holihan says the man shot and killed 35-year-old Tamir Johnson on July 6th after Johnson forced the man's car to the curb in the area of Fifth and Hamilton streets. At that point, Holihan says Johnson left his car and began swinging a baseball bat at the other driver. It was then that the man shot Johnson. Holihan has determined the man had reason to believe his life was in jeopardy and was legally justified in shooting Johnson.

State officials say mosquitoes carrying West Nile Virus are spreading across Pennsylvania. The Department of Environmental Protection says the virus has been detected in more than half of the counties in the Commonwealth, including Lycoming County and the Lehigh Valley. The CDC says most people do not develop symptoms after a mosquito bite from a West Nile carrier, but severe illness is possible. The DEP recommends Pennsylvanians wear long sleeves when mosquitoes are most active at dawn and dusk and dispose of any standing water.
