"This administration is tax-and-spend on steroids. Look at his next year's budget. Look at what they've done so far. If it wasn't for a Republican majority, they would've spent another trillion dollars this year," Meuser says. Phantoms broadcaster Bob Rotruck thinks winning game two will be tougher than winning game one. "I do think it's going to be tight and I also think that closing out a team is really hard to do. I expect a little more from the Penguins," Rotruck says. If the Phantoms win, they'll play Hershey in round two. If the Penguins win, they'll host the deciding game Sunday.
