Hilaria Baldwin is feeling in “better” spirits since enduring her second miscarriage this year.

“Little update: I’m doing better,” she revealed in a health update via her Instagram Stories on Saturday (November 16). “I have my moments when I feel better then I have moments when I will get really sad. But I feel like time and healing and everyone’s support is helping me.”

As previously reported, Hilaria and her husband Alec Baldwin received the devastating news of the loss of their child earlier this week. As far as how she’s been coping, the 35-year-old said, “Spending time with my babies and husband helps so much. I’m so lucky to have them.

“My heart goes out to those of you who suffer like this without support. You are true warriors. I send you my love and admiration,” she added.

Hilaria also appeared all smiles in a photo she shared to Instagram posing with family, which includes the couple’s four children: daughter Carmen, 6, and sons Romeo, 17 months, Leonardo Angel Charles, 3, and Rafael Thomas, 4. The 30 Rock alum also expressed his support for his wife amid the unfortunate news on Instagram, writing, “This woman is my best friend. I don’t know what my world would be like if I had not met her and made my life with her.”

The yoga instructor, who was four months along this time around, learned of her latest miscarriage just seven months after previously suffering one in April. Hilaria was in her third trimester at the time she found out their future child had passed away.

“There was no heartbeat today at my scan…so it’s over… But I have some pretty strong and amazing heartbeats right here," she wrote at the time along with a picture of her family of six at her side.
